Fiend or Zombie monsters; Special Summon it.
You can only use each effect of "Dark Necromancer" once per turn.

②：このカードが除外された場合、自分の除外状態のレベル８以下の悪魔族・アンデット族モンスター１体を対象として発動できる。そのモンスターを特殊召喚する。
